Design Coach Grow & The Growth Studio

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Usage data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site, including pages visited, time spent on site, and referral sources. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Email addresses: If you voluntarily submit your email address through a form on our site (including enquiry forms, waitlists, or resource requests), we collect it solely to send you the information you requested or to communicate about our services.
• Membership information: When you join The Growth Studio or another Design Coach Grow program, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide during sign-up or inside the community platform.
• Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf. Design Coach Grow does not store your full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
• Assessment responses: If you complete one of our self-assessment tools, your responses are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.
• Community contributions: Content you post inside The Growth Studio community (questions, comments, introductions) is stored on the GroupApp platform and is visible to other members.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide you with access to The Growth Studio membership and other programs you have joined
• To improve our website and understand how it is used
• To send you requested materials or resources
• To communicate with you about your membership, bookings, or enquiries
• To process payments for paid programs and memberships
• To deliver coaching calls, replays, and program content
• To comply with our legal obligations

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those listed above without your consent, unless required by law.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how your data is handled within their platform.

Our site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to understand site usage patterns. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us improve your experience on our website.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect how some features of our website function.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes using secure, reputable third-party platforms (such as Stripe for payments and GroupApp for community hosting) that maintain their own security standards.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or out-of-date personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy rights have been breached

The Growth Studio Membership & all Design Coach Grow programs

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and participation in The Growth Studio membership and all other programs, services, resources, and community spaces operated by MIDAS TOUCH COACHING AND CONSULTING PTY LTD (ABN 97 126 241 914), trading as Design Coach Grow (we, us, our).

By signing up, purchasing, or accessing any Design Coach Grow program, membership, or resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

These Terms apply to:

• The Growth Studio monthly membership
• The Growth Cycle — seasonal group coaching programs
• Ladder to Leadership and Overwhelmed to Optimised programs
• The Reset Room and any free coaching sessions
• Any other program, product, or resource offered by Design Coach Grow

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify members via email or inside the community. Continued access constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About The Growth Studio & Our Services

Design Coach Grow provides coaching, resources, templates, and community support designed for designers, builders, cabinet makers, landscape designers, and associated construction trades working in the Australian residential building industry.

The Growth Studio is a paid monthly membership for residential designers and residential trade businesses. It includes:

• DCG Referral Board — get referred by other members and refer work to trusted professionals in the community
• Industry Directory — a curated directory of residential design and trade professionals, your network organised
• Studio Toolkit (Designer pathway) — resources, templates, and tools designed specifically for residential designers
• Tradies Toolkit (Tradie pathway) — practical tools and resources built for trades, covering systems, pricing, and client management
• Monthly community coaching sessions
• Access to industry-specific seasonal coaching programs (see The Growth Cycle below)
• Access to a private community platform (currently hosted on GroupApp)
• Replays and recorded resources

Members join one of two industry pathways — Studio Member (for residential designers) or Studio Member (for trades) — each with access to pathway-specific resources and coaching programs.

The specific inclusions of any membership tier or program are set out at the time of purchase and may be updated over time. We will communicate material changes to members before they take effect.

3. Educational Nature & Disclaimer

All programs, memberships, resources, coaching calls, templates, and content provided by Design Coach Grow are educational and informational in nature. They are intended to support your learning, reflection, and business development.

Design Coach Grow does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice or investment advice
• Accounting or tax advice
• Psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice
• Guarantees of income, revenue, profit, or any specific business outcome

No result, transformation, income, revenue increase, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any examples, case studies, or results shared by Design Coach Grow or community members reflect individual circumstances and are not typical. Your results will depend on your individual situation, effort, implementation, and many other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results. We encourage you to seek qualified professional advice (legal, financial, accounting, or psychological) where appropriate for your specific circumstances.

The information and templates provided are general in nature and may not be suitable for every business or situation. Please consider your own context and seek professional support where needed.

4. Membership & Payment Terms

4.1 Membership & Pricing

The Growth Studio is a paid monthly membership. Current pricing and any introductory offer are displayed on the Growth Studio page and at checkout via Stripe. By signing up, you authorise Design Coach Grow to charge your nominated payment method the price shown at sign-up, on a recurring monthly basis, unless you cancel in accordance with Section 4.3.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Design Coach Grow does not store your full card details.

Payments are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). International members may be subject to currency conversion fees from their card provider.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

• Logging into your GroupApp account and managing your subscription settings, or
• Emailing hello@designcoachgrow.com.au with your cancellation request

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until your paid period expires. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you will be subject to the pricing available at that time, which may be higher than your original rate.

4.4 Refunds

Given the digital and immediately accessible nature of the membership (templates, recordings, and community access are provided upon joining), we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact hello@designcoachgrow.com.au within 7 days of the charge. We will review genuine disputes on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4.5 The Growth Cycle — Seasonal 90-Day Group Coaching Programs

The Growth Cycle consists of two sequential 90-day group coaching programs available to Growth Studio members:

• Overwhelmed to Optimised (Program 1) — building systems, structure, and sustainable routines
• Ladder to Leadership (Program 2) — developing leadership capacity, team culture, and delegation

The Growth Cycle runs in seasonal intake cohorts. Specific pricing, start dates, cohort sizes, and delivery format are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Separate booking confirmation and program terms apply.

Unless otherwise stated, the educational disclaimer in Section 3 applies to all programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, systems, recordings, course materials, and resources created and provided by Design Coach Grow remain the intellectual property of MIDAS TOUCH COACHING AND CONSULTING PTY LTD.

As a member, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the resources for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce Design Coach Grow materials with others outside of your own business
• Use our templates or frameworks as the basis for a competing product or service
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your membership account

If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us before proceeding.

6. Community Guidelines

The Growth Studio community is a private, paid space for members of the Australian residential building industry. By joining, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following standards.

Members agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with Deb and other members
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of other members — what is shared inside the community stays inside the community
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, or harmful conduct of any kind
• Avoid unsolicited promotion, spam, or sales messages directed at other members
• Share from personal experience rather than presenting opinions as professional advice
• Seek professional support where needed and encourage others to do the same
• Take responsibility for their own choices, actions, and results

Community moderation

Design Coach Grow reserves the right to remove posts, restrict access, or terminate membership without refund if community standards are not followed. We will use reasonable judgement in applying this discretion and will endeavour to notify members where possible.

7. Recording Notice

Group coaching calls, live events, Q&A sessions, and other live programming may be recorded for replay access, internal review, client support, training delivery, and membership resources.

By participating in a live session within The Growth Studio, you acknowledge that:

• The session may be recorded
• Recordings may be made available to other members as replays
• You should consider what personal or business information you choose to share in a recorded environment

8. Privacy

Design Coach Grow collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect your name, email address, payment information (via Stripe), and information you share within the community platform. We use this information to:

• Provide you with access to your membership and program materials
• Communicate with you about your membership and our services
• Improve our programs and resources

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are not stored by Design Coach Grow.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Design Coach Grow’s liability to you in connection with any program, membership, service, or resource is limited to the amount you paid for that program or membership in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage
• Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings
• Any result (or absence of result) following participation in any program or use of any template or resource

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Professional Insurance

Design Coach Grow holds current Professional Indemnity (PI) and Public Liability (PL) insurance appropriate to the nature of our coaching and consulting services.

This insurance does not alter or expand the limitations of liability described in Section 9, and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome or result. It reflects our commitment to operating our business responsibly and professionally.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
